수정사항

라이믹스 2.1.16 + PHP8.3 에서 동작함.

1) 글쓰기 동작 안되는 부분 수정함 

/modules/wiki/skins/xe_wiki/document_edit.html, $("#fo_write_").submit(function(event) 관련

2) 에디터 설정 안되는 부분 수정함
